GM Sister Annie, Yes, I often think about what purpose God has given me. I’ve prayed and fasted to discover my purpose, and I usually come to the same answers. My problem is that I share that purpose with the wrong people at the wrong time and I used to care too much what those people thought of me concerning my purpose. It took many years to learn to keep my mouth shut and to protect my purpose as I would a fetus or newborn baby. I’ve learned that sometimes our purpose is never born or developed because we trust it with people who cannot see, understand or want God‘s purpose for our lives. My advice is to (1) wait on God to reveal it, (2) store those things in your heart until God builds and strengthens the foundation, (3) trust God to bring it to fruition in His perfect time, and in the meantime,(4) keep your mouth shut. 🩷
