Thanks so much ive been doing some of what you say,but their is some brilliant suggestions,which I am going to do,,i have been doing some fasting and I have been practicing meditation when able,when in pain,I can't.allso I have had hep c and had to do a kemo like treatment for 12 months to get rid,once a week injections,that made me very ill for 12months,lost hair,awful,15yrs ago,since this,all my health problems happened,shingles,chronic cluster headachs,immune system problems,last 12yrs ive been totally debilitated,I woke up in 2020 with the covid lie,but its only the last 6 months that I properly woke up,by watching a podcast by chris thrall,who showed me the total truth about everything ,about your ph,and meditation,fasting,enlightened,im reading a book at the moment,the tibetan book of living and dying,I do breathing exercises every day and meditation,and mantra,im trying to get on the enlightened path,but the last 8 weeks ive been on the floor In pain,20 hrs day,in a pain that is top of the list,research suicide headaches,which I was unable to meditate,and caused dark depression,,now I am understanding why my depression got worse after using the machine,im now wondering if the machine may of caused me to go into that bad 8 weeks of cluster attacks,because you said could cause headaches,,when I tried the machine in January for the first time I was not depressed and I was healthy,I was down to 2 attacks a day,which were not to bad,and after using machine,I didn't have any attacks for 10 days and felt good,but then started having problems with shingles damage,which changed my mood,and after using the machine then,depression got worse and itching pins needles started,,so everything you say makes sense,,just going to try doing your suggestions and pray this reaction to the machine does not make my attacks worse and this pins needles ,itching all over my body stops,48 hrs now,all night been bad.thanks very much for your help,,the crazy crazy thing about clusterheadaches,what helps them is lsd,magic mushrooms and dmt,,but you must be off really all drugs for it to work,especially antidepressants,which im come off Christmas,so ive managed to break the cycle by using them,they are the only thing that helps the pain,so every 5 days I dose with shrooms,,thank God I found a site called clusterbusters.my life storey would blow you away,been told ,I should write a book 😆anyway thx brother
