PostFor Anime Lovers 🙂‍↕️

For Anime Lovers 🙂‍↕️ Finally brought this project to the web. The original mobile app, Anime Discovery, used the Gemini AI to suggest shows based on any vibe or interest you described. While using AI for a full database isn't the correct way to build, it was great for personalized lists, so I’m planning to add that intelligent feature to this web version soon. For now, this version uses the Jikan API to handle data and suggestions properly. Vibe coded this in about 2-3 hours today. You might wonder why build something that already exists, but this is how you create something unique that addresses your own needs. It’s about starting with what’s there and building new features through the process. It’s strictly for discovery, so once you find a show, you can grab the files from places like MovieBox or T4TSA.
