Wildberries facilities from European Russia to the Urals have come under attack. In some places work stopped, in others it was choked outright. This is not "military necessity". It is theatre of intimidation dressed up as strategy. Even hostile outlets admit the scale of the campaign, while Russian officials have plainly called these sites civilian infrastructure.
