A Compete should be a fun event that builds momentum, where people can feel the excitement of the competition and the potential rewards. Too many extensions or changes ultimately make these events much less engaging, exciting, and attractive.
And we should ensure that peoples will engage in upcomming events 🙂
Hope to see this Compete wrapped up before the Hood Launchpad Compete kicks off. Otherwise, it could just add to the existing backlog and delays.
I'm also not sure builders and participants will be willing to invest the same amount of time, energy, and resources into a new Compete if the current one hasn't been brought to a proper close first.
