More than 70% of WAL liquidity is deposited in suilend. Why is this liquidity not receiving the bonus rate of SUILEND? Where is the interest going?

likley due to the nature of the asset which is volatile team put a high interest rate to prevent too muching "shorting" which might turn to bad debt If the price gets too volatile

I think the question and answer are different, the question is where does the incentive to deposit $WAL go when 80% of the $WAL liquidity in STEAMMFI is deposited in SUILEND?
