Career Criminal CAUGHT stealing American flag in Minnesota Mahamud Hassan Mahamed, was arrested after he was seen ripping down an American flag, attaching it to the back of his car, and dragging it across the road. Bystanders were able to retrieve the flag before he escaped the area. Mahamud then reportedly RETURNED and shredded the flag.
