I agree, the guy in charge said they found the screwdriver on the roof but he doesn't have it on his body cam as it ran out after 23 Minutes. They are designed to record for 12 Hours. When the defence at the pre-trial asked him if he gave permission to pave over the area he said "No", when he was asked when he first learnt of it, he replied "Watching it happen on TV" clearly there is something very wrong with the case
