Threadhi guys, is there an equivalent of a .strip() function but for a list?

hi guys, is there an equivalent of a .strip() function but for a list? i want to do something like this: [0,0,1,4,7,3].lstrip(0) -> [1,4,7,3] if not, what's the best/efficient way to achieve something like this?
