ThreadTBH, there is almost zero support of java development

You are always welcome to open issues on GitHub or ask questions here. The reason for poor public support was due to the fact that enterprise solutions required new features and prompt support. This also helped to make ton4j more mature and eventually become part of TON family. Java development using ton4j will be supported more carefully now.
