There's a character in Britain who is currently and openly inciting people to damage street furniture, going well beyond surveillance cameras, The same character used to come within a whisker of inciting attacks on state sector employees. Some of the more gullible and well meaning idiots who follow this character's advice, end up getting arrested, fined, and in at least one example, suffering involuntary detention in a psychiatric hospital. The character who's doing the inciting, appears to be coated in Teflon. Glowie? It's certainly looking that way.

We certainly know that there were entrapment teams working in the US and in Britain, both during the 1990s (operation PatCon) and during the war of terror years Would it be too much of a stretch to wonder whether there are similar entrapment teams busy now?
