Recruitment Requirements: Open to both men and women, no history of drug use, good health, positive work attitude, able to abide by all company rules and regulations, fluent in English, basic computer skills, and no bad habits. Development Opportunities: Experienced candidates will receive a starting salary of $800 USD in the first month. Inexperienced candidates will receive a basic salary of $700 USD during the training period. After a 2-month probationary period, the salary will increase by $50 USD per month, up to a maximum of $1100 USD. (Outstanding performers may have the opportunity to be promoted to full-time employees ahead of schedule.) Employee Benefits: 1. The company provides dormitory accommodation and three meals a day, along with a meal allowance. After 10 days of employment, the company will provide a $50 USD birthday allowance (based on the date on your ID card). Salaries are paid on the 15th of each month. 4. Base Salary Plus Personal Performance Commission (Effective July 1, 2026) Monthly net profit between 5,000 and 10,000 USDT: 1% Monthly net profit between 10,000 and 20,000 USDT: 2% Monthly net profit between 20,000 and 30,000 USDT: 3% Monthly net profit between 30,000 and 50,000 USDT: 5% Monthly net profit between 50,000 and 300,000 USDT: 8% Monthly net profit exceeding 300,000 USDT: 9% Monthly net profit exceeding 500,000 USDT: 10% No commission is calculated for personal monthly net profit below 5,000 USDT. Net Profit Calculation: Commission is calculated based on actual customer losses (Class A customer performance). The calculation method is: subtract withdrawals, channel fees, and platform fees from the individual's actual income, then multiply by the commission rate. For example: With an actual deposit of 100,000 USDT - withdrawal amount, channel fee, and platform fee are all 15%, the actual customer loss performance is: 100,000 USDT - withdrawal amount - channel fee - 100,000 * 0.15 = actual performance. III. Performance Reward and Penalty System: 1. Reward System; (1) First Deposit Bonus (1000 USDT or more): 8% for team members, 2% for team leaders, totaling 10%. When the customer's actual loss is lower than the first deposit bonus amount, the bonus amount is 50% of the actual loss. (2) Referral First Deposit Bonus: 5% (spread) of the referral first deposit bonus will be distributed to team members (no bonus will be distributed to first deposit customers referred to team leaders). No bonus will be distributed to authorized customers from unknown sources. If a customer from an unknown source has a first deposit bonus, the referrer will receive a 5% referral bonus. (The effective team allowance is calculated based on an average net profit of 5000 USDT or more per team member. New employees who join in the current month but have worked for less than one month are not counted as effective team members.)
