After doing the sound bath this weekend, it has got me in that "sound healing" mindset, wondering what exactly the benefits might be. This lead me to getting hold of the Rife frequencies list (from Michael Alex) - and starting my investigation into the frequencies that I was using at this event. I tuned my piano to 444hz, 439hz and also 440.5hz. Here's the list as a PDF for your download pleasure and below is a link to an online tone generator if you wanted to try it out.
