Would love to watch the series…looks interesting. A bit like Fight Club, one of my fave films.
I believe in capitalism but yeh I agree there is the potential for exploitation…there’s nothing wrong with free will and creating businesses so others can prosper.
Communism is problematic on so many levels…

Idealistically & theoretically speaking, I would like things to be Christo-Anarchic.
It used to be like this for the Jewish nation, until they begged God for a king so they could be like the other nations. It was never God’s intention for them to live under a world leader. They were always supposed to have no king but God.
Unfortunately, this is no longer possible in the world. Even if we were to find a place in the country somewhere, we would still have to comply with govt regulations and laws. 😢🙏🎚️

Why did they ask for a king?
For several reasons:
Samuel was old.
His sons, who were judges, were corrupt and did not follow God (1 Samuel 8:1–3).
They wanted to be “like all the nations” around them (1 Samuel 8:5, 20).
How did God respond?
Samuel was displeased, but God told him:
“Heed the voice of the people in all that they say to you; for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me, that I should not reign over them.”
1 Samuel 8:7 (NKJV)
God explained that Israel’s request reflected a deeper spiritual problem. They were rejecting Him as their true King.
God warned them
Through Samuel, God described what a human king would do:
>Take their sons for military service.
>Take their daughters for service.
>Tax their produce and livestock.
>Take the best of their fields and vineyards.
>Make them his servants.
