📖On June 25, we held the second meeting of our BRICS+ Creative Content series — and it was truly special! ✨ 🎯 Theme: "Folk Tales as the Foundation of a Country's Cultural Code" . 🌏 We had over 150 participants from 20 countries join us online. 7 speakers from 5 countries — India, Nigeria, Russia, Brazil, Egypt — shared their stories, their research, and their passion for keeping ancient traditions alive in a modern world. 📚 We heard about India's philosophical framework of dharma, artha, kama, and moksha in folk narratives. About Nigerian tricksters — the tortoise and the spider — who teach that wisdom beats power, and that community matters more than the individual. About Brazil's three cultural roots — indigenous, African, and European — woven into one living tradition that lives in the body through play, song, and dance. About Egyptian folk tales as a fluid, living map of the national code, constantly being retold through new media.
