This has been making the rounds on social media in the wake of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland independence activists/party leaders signing an MOU on breaking up the UK in Cardiff yesterday. Personally I think a British Isles this decentralized would be a good start to protecting freedom and self-governance.
