so on each of your points, I'll give a response. Since you graciously decided to start suddenly speaking fluently. 1. Restrictions on internet have been a thing forever in china, it's very inconvenient, but they find ways to still reach the west. 2. digital currency we are somewhat blessed it even exists so restricted digital currency is still a big upgrade. 3. social credit is probably fairly easily calculated even in olden days, if this were to become some formal number, you can either become a sort of alt-punk that doesn't care, or you can maximize it to the best of your ability.
