Beneficial Knowledge

Jarḥ Wa Ta'deel  Alī b. al-Madeenī was asked about condition of his father, he said: “Ask someone other than me." They repeated again so he became quiet then raised his head and said: “It is (about) religion, It is (about) religion, indeed he's WEAK.” ‏● [الإعلان للسخاوي ص ١٢٠] ‎Note: Ali b. al-Madeenī, he is the senior teacher of al-Imām al-Muḥaddith al-Bukhārī رحمهما الله. We learn that our love for Deen should be above our love for our father, mother and siblings.  If our father is a weak narrator then say it do not hide for this is Deen. Some from among the Salaf said: I like to beautify myself for my wife just as I want that she beautifies herself for me. This can fall under the hadith: None of you believes until he wishes for his brother that which he wishes for himself. From Ibn ‘Umar Raḍi-Allāhu 'Anhumā who said: “The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ forbade from al-Qaza’.” ● [متفق عليه] al-Qaza’ is to shave some part of the head and leave some of it unshaven. Imām Ibn al-Qayyim Raḥimahullāh spoke on the types of al-Qaza’ and said: ومن أنواعه : أن يحلق جوانبه ويترك وسطه كما يفعل كثير من الأوباش والسفل. “From its types is that the sides of the head are shaved and its middle is left unshaven just like some LOWLY and DESPICABLE ones do.” ● [تحفة المودود بأحكام المولود] Sh. Ibn al-'Uthaymeen Raḥimahullāh said: “..
