Need to add all variations, need some AI to understand the message

For me, itd be: - vague/generic message - off topic (requires the AI to have context and understanding of what "too off topic" is for a particular group) - never sent a relevant message (long term history context) - unnecessary emoji in name? - potentially sketchy/overly pink picture? (Have to do image processing too?) Anything else you'd flag?

Meanwhile the bot doesn't have to work on just new comers

If only telegram offered something internal with all their ai crap, they have the infrastructure already...
