You need to make sure you've completed KYC on Testnet. If the issue persists after that, kindly let us know

Subaccount API keys will not have access to the main account or the assets in any capacity

Can you provide your Testnet UID? I can pass it to the team so it's whitelisted in this case

P2P API doesn't need an application, you can just create the key on https://www.bybit.com/en/app/user/api-management

this information is outdated. If you've created an API key with P2P permissions, it's already active and can be used freely
