Hi, I'm building a crypto portfolio tracking app ("Mange Your Wallet") that displays public market data only — spot prices and candlestick/kline data via the public REST/WebSocket endpoints. No user accounts, no API keys, no trading.
The app may generate revenue later through ads and/or paid subscription features, so I want to confirm the correct commercial licensing process before launching.
Bybit support (case #27028575) directed me to this channel. Could you help clarify:
1. Is prior written approval required for this kind of use case (public data display in a non-trading consumer app)?
2. If so, what's the application process?
