Once a week or twice is often enough "Take 1/8 teaspoon (0.6 grams) for 3 days, then rest for 2 days. I did this for 2 years. The arthritis is gone. Gums somehow got stronger, no knee pain, skin is clear, and I look younger. Once a week, I add 1–2 cups to a hot bath. No pain or stiffness." 🐚Guidelines from Dr. Cayley (boric acid expert and doctor) 👉🏻Twice a day, dissolve 1/2 teaspoon (2.4 grams) of boric acid in warm water, then top with cold water.
