Not many countries were included in the supported list for in-kind distributions. I’m one of the creditors who holds two citizenships and a permanent residency, all from different countries. In fact, I used my country of birth as my Celsius residence address, it was on the supported list and my Coinbase was also approved. So, in the end, none of my jurisdictions were able to support in-kind distributions. I had to receive a USD wire transfer instead, and I waited a very long time before finally receiving it just recently.
That is unfair
