For anyone interested: NEXT ROUND OF SETTLEMENT NEGOTIATIONS WILL BE IN BUENOS AIRES, 2-3 JUNE As you know, we have been having ongoing discussions with Sam Hershey (W&C) and the Litigation Administrator about the upcoming settlement round. We have been working with them over the last month or so to lock in where and when these settlement negotiations will occur. They have just advised me that they want to lock in settlement negotiations with us in Buenos Aires (Argentina) on 2 & 3 June, in 2 weeks. DOF's Defence Group has over 75 registered members for this settlement round (with claims worth about US$60M). So there is a lot of bargaining power in our group to get you the best settlement deal. These settlement negotiations are exclusive to DOF's Defence Group. Sam Hershey and his team with the most senior representatives of the LA's team will be there to negotiate with the DOF's Defence Group team. I will be in touch with each registered member of our group over the next week to finalise our preparation for the negotiations.  They will give me an offer for each of you in the days before the negotiations, which I will communicate to you. We will go into the negotiations to accept their offer or to make a counteroffer. I will liaise directly with each of you about the counteroffer that you want to make, if you don't accept their offer. If you haven't finalised your registration with DOF's Defence Group yet, please be sure to do so this week. The cut-off date to register is 21 May.
