I just started the process is opening an IBKR account. Now I’m on the Odyssey Trust site and I’m wondering if I need to fill out the forms, such as W-8BEN in the “document exchange” section. Ie. is it a requirement to fill it or them out before I can transfer my shares to IBKR? Can someone give me some guidance please?
