The alternative are as follows:
1). Write a Letter to Judge Glenn (It won;t help much, but you never know how he'll like yours. He received hundreds of Letters by now and didn't do much about them).
2). File a Motion in the toughest way possible you/your Lawyer can do it - The Judge will react to this as it is hei responsibility to rule on Motions. (See the several Motions filed by the Corporate Creditors - Faller, Australians etc. - and they have succeeded to get the Judge's attention who asked for a Discovery Process at the cost of Kirkland for the significant issues with Coinbase.
