id 6222627949I had 0.25 Btc in there not sure if it’s worth driving myself crazy thinking about it, I’m guessing people received a % of that back, anybody with a similar amount, how much did you get back?
0.25btc puts you at est. 4k-ish claim or a convenience claim amount which would have received about 75% back if I remember correctly or around $3k in a one and only distribution amount. However, having missed the claim deadline of March 31st unless you had a support ticket in (sounds like you might be ok) you would have missed the deadline and thus forfeited your claim.
If I am a refinancing borrower, do I need to do anything to receive my supplemental distribution?
You do not need to take any action at this time to receive a supplemental distribution. However, you should ensure that you still have an active account with your original refinancing lender so that they can receive your supplemental distribution on your behalf. If we become aware of any additional information that is required, we will do our best to share that information.

On a related note, are there currently any funding initiatives for a fund if shareholders wish to take legal action against Ionic and W&C? for example how was the case you led funded? I know we have the fund Cam manages from the bankkruptcy but that is for creditor clawbacks essentially (as I understand it).
Just wondering if we need to be more proactive in promoting a online funding initiative for future potential legal challenges we could make.

Shit, I thought the LOC had another firm now not W&C. That's a messy situation, and a massive conflict with Ionic having W&C too. I guess W&C think the LOC won't rock the boat because they will want to keep the continuity for now for cases like the Tether case. The way law firms can be and knowing Celsius creditors' luck, it would be "out of the frying pan and into the fire" with another shark law firm, (if the LOC binned off W&C).

Tether has billions of dollars in the war chest and they’ve been fighting governments attacking them for years. They probably have the best lawyers money can buy
But I think we have a really good case in the merits. So a settlement would be the best for us I think. We don’t have the resources to fight a 5 year legal battle
