Hi all, I have seen the above messages.... I didn't get my 4th distribution in February because apparently I needed to KYC to Coinbase again even though I was already KYC'ed to Coinbase! Regarding tickets: I literally submit one per day - and sometimes multiple ones per day - until they answer. That answer is usually "stop sending us tickets" to which my answer is "Well, my situation is unresolved." I'm told that they only do the re-distribution once per quarter. This will happen supposedly in May. They hide behind the "Well, the judge approved this...." to say that they can only submit once every three months. (Note that "once a quarter" literally means "once in a quarter" and they take it to mean the same day every three months.) I would suspect that since it was around the 2nd of February that they did it initially that they'll likely do it around the 2nd of May. (I had pointed out that April is in the 2nd quarter so they can redistribute any time now and they didn't find that at all true from their supposed point of view, nor seemingly appreciate my attempt at humour.) So make sure you're KYC'ed as many times as is seemingly necessary because if it doesn't happen this time around then I suspect it will be around the 2nd of August before they decide to do their jobs, which is apparently to sit around for three months at a time and press a button on the 2nd day of every third month.

I was in this boat on the previous distribution - it felt like it came through on the latest possible date it could have

How much longer before our shares have a value?

I think this may differ based on how much you're supposed to get. Personally, if I don't get it in May I'll be writing to the judge.

depending on state law, afaik based on the domiciles of each victim, there can be severe penalties for mishandling of sensitive data, no impact or loss needs to be proven
