I believe (not 100% sure) that Interactive Brokers operate globally and can handle inbound DRS transfers of U.S. equities.

I believe you are right because I work for a US-based company with employee share purchase plan where I am able to transfer all shares to my IBKR acct.

The W-8BEN Form is valid for 3 years from submission, if nothing changed. This means that yours will expire in February 2027. Note that any change of the information provided on the W-8BEN Form submitted in Feb 2024 should be made available to Odyssey by submitting a new W-8BEN Form. If no changes, you're fine until next February 2027.

Because I have many shares I will probably sell a portion of it, like 60% or 70%, and keep the rest "just in case"

Yeah I was thinking of selling half and keeping rest as a possible millionaire maker lol But seriously with the AI bubble they might go up a fair bit. It’s all a calculated risk in the end.
