The Prompt Index
Hey guys, I recommend becoming pro members. The time-to-prompt content you may have missed is available in the pro member area, as well as the basic member area, though I put more content in the pro section. Every time-to-prompt you’ve missed in the last year and a half is stored there permanently. Any prompt I provide to members who joined the Q&A is also kept permanently. You get unlimited custom prompt requests, so if you see me randomly give a free prompt request prompts for anyone, if your Pro just ask me and I’ll create it for you. You also get access to the prompt builder, a drag-and-drop tool that lets you build fully functional prompts. There are also agent rooms where you can create your own personal team and meeting room using the agency you created in the prompt builder.

And trust me now there is so much more and given to the pro members I'm in the process of creating a custom Jarvis style skill called control room Where you simply tell the control room to create a meeting and without telling you it will open up your calendar and add that meeting but of course if it doesn't have access it will first ask you It will have access to your connectors and whatnot so if it has access it can do it Just a heads up the name is in the works I'm also going to give a skill called Vespa where if you're building something and you think you're done you tell Vespa what is missing from this and it will tell you that oh this project should have this this project should have that and it will look at what preexisting tools do that you don't have If you joined Monday's meeting but send me the screenshot I will give you a custom keyword that you can put into the free unlocks to get a Jarvis style debugging skill and a Vespa skill that I've just spoken about

Claude is insane at motion graphic design, if you want a prompt to push it's abilities use this and just add your own context make a dynamic 15-second motion graphics video that shows what an incredible motion designer you are, like it's your showreel for a résumé. go all out

Warning: This is a large prompt. It won’t stay up for long and will be delivered in multiple blocks. That is the trade-off if you want to avoid visiting the website. You have to handle the full prompt across several parts. Here is the prompt. It functions like an ELI5 request. If you are unfamiliar with the term, ELI5 stands for “Explain Like I’m Five.” This agent helps you write explanations at various clarity levels, such as for ages five, ten, fifteen, twenty, and twenty-one. The prompt follows immediately. I won’t specify exactly when it disappears, so grab it now. It will not remain available for long because it is too big.

Only seven spots left. Get ready. Head to the website and enter CLARITY to claim the full prompt. Here is a quick tip: As noted in the Q&A, you can structure these prompts to teach you specific skills. Bonus tip: You can turn this exact prompt into a skill. I am not explaining how. Join the Q&A tomorrow to see it in action.

You better get used to these random numbers indicating how many people can see it. Sometimes it may be one, sometimes maybe two. Some days it may be 15, other days it just may be 5. As I said before, the moment it is gone, it is gone. It is going straight to the pro members, saying that it's already in your members area.

Hello just a quick thing when I say go into the website and type the keyword into the website. I don't mean type it into the keeper. If you go to the top of the website you will see a page or a tab called free unlocks

On mobile if you click the burger menu you will see free unlocks click that and you will see where I'm telling you to type the word

Whenever me or Stephen says “type the word” or “type the keyword” into the website, we always mean free unlocks. Any keywords now, past, and future that would tell you to add to the website, we'll go in this box. And now rose will give you the link to unlock the resource with the keyword

Lots of rumors going around that Opus 5.5 that has un-worldly intelligence is dropping next week (possibly tuesday)

Are you ready? Are you steady? The first five people to type this keyword in the website: chiefstaff ...gets a Chief of Staff prompt that spawns sub-agents. If you turn it into a skill, it will be able to spawn sub-agents. Otherwise, it spawns personas within the reasoning to replace the agents. Heads up: If you tell Claude to just make that prompt into a skill, it will... But you better be ready, because only five people can have this. Plus, if you are a Pro member, you also get the prompt in an MD file as well, so you can just directly give it to Claude and it will make it into a skill. Now what are you waiting for? Go go go! Also, if you missed it, it is in the Basic and Pro member area already. And also if you don't know where to put it, Rose has kindly giving you a link and pointing you to exactly where to put it in the website

Maybe just in case you're not that interested here's a description of what it does The Chief of Staff AI Agent. This is an executive operations agent designed to coordinate complex work across multiple perspectives, including clinical operations, compliance, project management, risk, and strategic planning. It can break complex requests into subtasks, simulate specialist perspectives, synthesise recommendations, identify operational risks, and produce structured executive deliverables. Useful for turning complicated operational situations into clear, actionable decisions..

Get ready, new keywords drops are coming soon. So you better be ready because I will drop them, but this time I'm not telling you how many people can get access to it.

You can't say I don't give you things. Both of these keywords have a random number of people who can have them, and I'm going to warn you: one of them is a very low number. Guess which one. Like before, if you don't know where to put these keywords in the chat of this message, Rose will give you the link and tell you where to put the word. Underneath each word is the description of what comes with that word. The First Keyword "namehunt" A deep product naming and validation system that generates 30 potential names, researches each one for conflicts and negative associations, checks trademark availability and suitable domains, then narrows everything down into a researched shortlist with reasoning, costs, and relevant findings. The keyword: "second" An AI teammate that thinks alongside you, challenges assumptions, identifies what you're missing, improves your ideas, and takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.

Jarvis Here 🤖, today's research paper is "Navigating the Changing Landscape of Online Knowledge Consumption and Production in the Age of Generative AI: Evidence from Stack Overflow" Online knowledge communities like Stack Overflow depend on a split between people who ask (seekers) and those who answer (producers). With generative AI, that boundary may shift—but who gains, who loses, and how participation is rewarded is less clear. After ChatGPT’s release, “consumers” shifted behavior: they asked fewer questions and produced more answers. However, their answers were less likely to be accepted, meaning more output didn’t bring equal recognition. Meanwhile, “producers” kept asking about similar volumes of questions, but increasingly focused on novel and emerging topics. They answered less often, yet their answers earned greater recognition. Implications: AI access can increase participation volume, but platform rewards may still favor experienced contributors and answers that address high-value or uncertain areas. Practically, communities and tool designers may need to rethink moderation, reputation, and support to ensure newcomers can earn legitimacy—not just generate content. What happens to “standing” in knowledge communities when anyone can produce answers, but acceptance still requires trust? You can catch the full breakdown here: https://www.thepromptindex.com/generative-ai-and-stack-overflow-why-more-answers-equal-recognition.html

You don't need to optimise everything. Sometimes, you just need to try the damn thing. We have become obsessed with finding the "best" way to use AI. The best prompt. The best workflow. The best model. The best settings. The best system. And there is a point where optimisation stops being useful. It becomes another way of avoiding experimentation. Because when you're constantly asking: "What's the optimal way to do this?" You aren't necessarily learning how you want to do it. Experimentation teaches you things a guide can't. You discover what you like. What annoys you. What makes something better. What makes it worse. What you thought would work, but absolutely doesn't. And sometimes you discover something nobody told you to try. That's the part people miss. Not every interaction with AI needs to produce the highest quality response possible. Not every prompt needs to be production ready. Not every workflow needs to be perfectly engineered. Sometimes you should deliberately try something stupid. Change the instruction. Break the workflow. Use the wrong model. Ask the strange question. See what happens. Because the goal isn't always to extract the maximum possible value from every interaction. Sometimes the goal is to learn what is possible. And you can't optimise your way into discoveries you haven't made yet.

If any of you are interested, I’m currently going through Why, trying to get the best response every single time. Is is not the best solution or the best way to get the best out of AI. I’m currently answering a question of why AI models feel biased and they don’t feel like the benchmarks.
