Children Of The Free

I have started to write my brief argument to prove my intentions were to claim and declare my private status and standing and not wilfully and / or intentionally obstruct a police officer. This is for my second appeal trial in the highest court in BC called BC Court of Appeal. Once I submit this with the other judges' rulings, one judge will grant Leave to Appeal or not. Then, I will have 60 days to prepare my second Appeal Book and my second factum, which includes my full argument and order for remedy for harm they have done to me. Then, a quorum of 3 judges and one prosecutor will hear my appeal.
