In 2019, our world changed forever when my mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Not long after, we learned that it had spread to her lungs and liver. Hearing those words felt like watching our entire future fall apart in an instant. The pain she endured was beyond anything I could ever describe physically, emotionally, and mentally. There were days when it seemed impossible to keep going, and as a family, we suffered alongside her, feeling helpless while watching someone we love fight for her life. Cancer doesn’t only affect the person diagnosed; it shakes the entire family to its core. The sleepless nights, the fear, the tears, and the uncertainty became part of our daily lives. We prayed constantly for strength, for guidance, and for a miracle.
