🌅 Morning Nudge — Oct 4, 2026
English:
Today's principle: First principles, not analogies.
Musk didn't build rockets by copying NASA. He asked: what are rockets actually made of? Aluminum, titanium, copper, carbon fiber. What do these materials cost on the commodity market? Roughly 2% of the price of a rocket. The rest was markup, legacy, and inertia. Then he built SpaceX from that truth.
Today, before you study or create, strip the question back to its raw material. Drop the textbook framing, the YouTube tutorial, the Reddit thread. Ask: what is the actual core of this problem?
