Indeed, I see myself as an investor first (here since the beginning and continued investing and holding through the ups and downs..) and help out the team (for free) to help spread the word of the service.
How come, after the rebranding, the communication in the official telegram and twitter has been down for about 4 months?
Any reason for that?
Would expect it otherwise
We haven't gone quiet?. We're doing a ton behind the scenes but speaking in this chat is sometimes like speaking into an echo chamber, lot of its boring but integral to our infra going forward. One thing we can't share yet, shared within internal team chat but going to be very exciting, bring a new lease of life to CryptoCart.
We've shared and hyped up announcements as much as we could within this channel only to be amplified by 3 people.
For the prepaid cards, we needed to set up a completely different identity from a legal standpoint to issue them which was another hold up post our original supplier adding on fees which we didn't want to pass on. We've done that, we've got fresh API keys and final bits of testing.
All of the team work full time in real jobs, myself included after putting everything from personal funds in as diluting the supply or selling tokens to fund stuff was never an option. Lot of the holders here have been here for years, and use the platform regularly, so that was never an option.
Platform working perfectly, we're still getting a lot of regular customers and a lot of moving pieces behind the scene which we're hoping to announce (in an ideal world) next week.
It wasn’t my intention to offend you nor the team.
Also not implying the project is not working.
I was curious about the current situation since the Twitter account and the Telegram announcement group was pretty quiet.
Anyway, thanks for the feedback and glad to read.
Hey Nina,
We've explained this via email atleast 4 times now?.
As advised by email, your account was original flagged by our AML systems to detect accounts potentially using our platform to commit fraud, initially flagged for multiple minimum denomation orders, followed on by ordering multiple cards from multiple regions within a short time period. Your orders have all been refunded, restrictions have been placed on your account whilst our legal team investigate what is going on. If you want to add context, you can do so but would be best done via email which will speed up lifting restrictions.
Because your account is flagged by our AML system?. Until its lifted atleast anyways we refunded your money so we're not holding it and will let you know when / if you're good to order again. If you can let us know or provide an explanation via email it will definitely speed things up. [email protected]
No. You can buy gift cards for different countries. But you tried to buy a bunch of different gift cards in low denominations from a bunch of different countries in a short amount of time.
That's why it was flagged.
