Hi I want to attempt one mock test which should be of ICAI exam level. Should I do icai's mock test or some other. Not sure if icai mock test difficulty level.

You should give icai mock itself

It says that ALP determination is always considered as question of law and High court appeal can be filed if there is a substantial question of law so HC can examine the correctness of this case. Determination of ALP is final by tribunal is nowhere written in the law
