What about sugars from fruits?

All sugar, including fructose, glucose etc. from fruit and other foods feed parasites, and cancer, and fungus/candida as well as raise blood sugar. When treating any of these things, many people well studied on these topics recommend avoiding all kinds of sugar and foods that rapidly convert to sugar in the body when healing.

Could ivermectin paste be mixed with organic hexene free caster oil or coconut oil?

I've used it with Virgin Olive Oil. Works just fine.
