And despite his denial of the affiliations, I’m fairly certain Yves is / was Canadian intelligence (or at least IC adjacent).
His tactics, organizational strategy, endless deep pockets and ability to collect intelligence in real time across the network (and act on that intel) was not the work of some mid level bureaucrat.
How he moved was the outcome of institutional training.
If you think what I said frames Yves as some James Bond character, you are delusional. Intelligence work in the west is all subcontractors now.
More like low level middle management contractor brought in (by Brock or one of his handlers) to organize a transition at different phases.
Network intelligence (what teams are talking about) and vote coordination (which is mainly what he did).
Those objectives don’t require a genius operator. Someone good with manipulation and enough money to pay people is all that is required.
But what we saw the last 6-7 years was prob more the corrupt elements of post Obama 5 Eyes than a direct CIA op.
These were people from “the network” that are just opportunistically grabbing large bags of cash anywhere they can get it.
The goal at the top - what gave B1 cover / clearance from the jump - was simply for Palantir to acquire BTC > ETH > EOS wallet addresses / identities.
Everything else was just people using their access, tactics and insider knowledge to consolidate as much money as possible.
