Election security/vulnerability report by CISA published July 13, 2026. Keep in mind that before and after 2020, CISA was censoring people about this same issue. Now they are citing research by Alex Halderman.
Remember when we were talking about reconciliation of election records?
One thing I want to remind people to get is the list of people who submitted a ballot for the election. Personally, I go even further than that.
I request a "ballots issued and received report" from my SOS after the election. Why the SOS? Because the report comes from the statewide election management system, which also houses our statewide voter registration data. I want it from the master source, not each county separately.
The ballots issued and received report provides me with each voter's:
- ballot ID,
- voter ID,
- county,
- first name,
- last name,
- DOB (in our case year of birth),
- gender,
- ballot status (accepted, rejected, sent, received...),
- challenge reason (too late, signature doesn't match...),
- sent date,
- received date (if returned),
- address (mailing address unless none is available, then it is registration address - where ever they sent the ballot),
- precinct,
- return method (drop box, mail, etc.),
- location (of drop box if applicable),
- issuance type (first issue, replacement, re-issued, etc.),
and
- issuance method (mail, email, etc.).
They should have all this info in one place for you. You probably need to specify the fields you want, because they usually do the bare minimum unless you get specific.
Keep in mind, many of the things on this report only apply to mail ballots. You can adjust as need for your state. My state is all mail.
Just to reinforce this, I am not talking about the voter rolls which show they voted or didn’t vote in an election. This is a much more detailed and much more informative accounting of the BALLOTS, not just the voters.
They count BALLOTS., not voters. Remember that.
On Election Day in Anchorage, Alaska, I entered a polling location and gave election workers the name Brian Murkowski, Sen. Lisa Murkowski’s brother. I repeatedly told them I did not have identification and asked whether Brian could still vote.
After finding Brian Murkowski’s name on the voter rolls, election workers told me I could vote without presenting ID and offered me a question ballot, telling me it was “Absolutely possible” to vote without ID and later, “You can vote if you’d like to.”
Under Title 15 of the Alaska Statutes, a question ballot can be issued when a voter cannot provide sufficient identification. The voter fills out the ballot in the same manner as other voters, but the ballot is placed in an envelope and subject to further review. When the ballot box is opened, the envelope is segregated, counted, compared with the voting list, and delivered to the election officials responsible for reviewing the ballot.
I did NOT check in as Brian Murkowski, cast a ballot, or sign his name. We documented what happened when I gave his name, said I had no ID, and asked whether Brian could still vote.
At another Anchorage polling location, a member of my team used the name Karina Waller, Sen. Murkowski’s state director, and said she did not have identification. The worker confirmed they were at the correct polling place and offered the question ballot option after the person said they did not have ID.
Sen. Murkowski remains opposed to the SAVE Act, citing concerns that its voter documentation requirements could disenfranchise or alienate voters in rural parts of Alaska and create logistical challenges for some voters.
OMG went to Alaska to expose what happens when someone shows up at the polls without identification and gives the name of someone already on the voter rolls.
OMG has reached out for comment to Brian Murkowski, Lisa Murkowski, and Karina Waller.

USPS just finalized their rule on mail in ballots. The court is still blocking it currently, but this would allow it to go into effect once that is lifted. Here is the 95 page rule published yesterday.
Dear Father in Heaven,

In the name of Jesus,

Folks, the midterms are upon us. UOCAVA ballots get sent out by the 19th, which is a Saturday, so likely sooner.
Get your ducks in a row:
- election observers ready to go
- prepare for any records requests you will do
- get out the vote efforts
- tracking early voting and turnout
Whatever you are knowledgeable in, go get active! No sideline warriors. We need hands on. We need you to show up!
Attention Friends:
This midterm election could potentially be the last chance we get at bringing this whole thing down. There will be smaller elections, yes. There may not be another FEDERAL election where the election integrity community has an ally in the WH. This could be our last hope at making real progress and exposing any corruption.
So, I ask you, can you take everything you have learned over the years, and apply it to this upcoming election? Please keep your eyes open and pay attention.
I am sharing some old graphics of relevant topics below.
Thank you! 🙏🏻❤️
If you have not seen this documentary about 9/11, I recommend you watch it. It shows the real firefighters and people who were there that day, some of whom never made it out.
Never forget.

🚨🚨 The Supreme Court allowed the Trump administration to resume its expanded voter citizenship verification program, which lets states use Social Security records to check voters' citizenship. Justices Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson dissented.
The Court found that a 1996 federal law likely authorizes DHS to obtain citizenship information from other agencies despite federal privacy restrictions. It also found that the lower court's ruling interfered with lawful individualized voter checks ahead of the midterms.

I guess I lost track of time and all of a sudden, it's 6 years later. Seeing all of you still working hard is what inspires me to keep at it, myself. If you weren't here, I might not be either. ❤️🤍💙
