Couldn't write there, message was insta-removed. Please help reach out to any past node runners you can find. Surely someone has some old version of the node sitting on a hard drive somewhere. 🙏

Someone asked there in the dev chat, but nothing

🫤 I made an attempt on twitter aswell, lets see. If anyone wants to pester individual people who talked about running nodes previously or keep asking in other old fusion or chainge tg channels that would be appriciated.

https://fsnex.net Got a hold of a backup of chaindata from a fusion OG ❤️. It is now synced to the new explorer, unfortunately it wont help anyone who is missing bridged assets but hopefully someone will find it useful. The backup extends all the way up until 7th October last year which should be after all the foundation infrastructure went down. If anyone has a node that has been mining longer than that Id appreciate a copy of that chaindata aswell. The explorer is rebuilt from scratch so I expect things to be broken and slow but I dont mind bug reports if you find anything off.

Not exactly, it will show the tokens chainge issued on fusion to represent the locked assets. So it will only show what happened on the fusion side. For the actual assets you would need to look at the source chain and the vault address where those were deposited.

Might have better luck asking in the chainge tg, I assume people would have already mapped out the ones they deposited to personally. Maybe the explorer helps a bit there because now you can see when you got sent the fusion token and can cross refence that date with transactions made on the source chain. Compiling a document with vault addresses tied to token contract addresses on fusion would probably be immensely helpful for anyone looking to track where assets have gone.

https://algorexxx.github.io/chainge-postmortem Threw some ai tokens on the chainge token list and https://fsnex.net Came up with the site above, its the sloppiest of AI slops sorry. I looked at four tokens of varying sizes (USDC, BUSD, BAT AND COMP) and tried to come up with all the vault addresses and track some of the in and outflows. It's by no means complete but it could be a starting point for someone wanting to do more investigating. It's quite a complex process so it drained my usage limits like there was no tomorrow. Repo is here if you want to aim your own models at it: https://github.com/algorexxx/chainge-postmortem It holds instructions for your model so it doesnt have to wander around too much. Feel free to share it in chainge group or anywhere else. I tried to post it but im not trusted so telegram banned me for spam. 😅
