avkila-techalso idk if you experience this but even after setting my cores to 2210mhz in franco kernel manager, after some time, they drop down to 1055 mhz in a55 cores. even if it says 2210 min and max freq, it drops. when you change the governor to random then performance again it boosts
You can't manually change the min/max of the CPU through cpufreq
