I agree more talent and experience US players in BD are more important. Gear never lucked the tech and often was ahead of its time. But BD and user growth has been lacking imo.. given the teams vision to make gear a leader in tokenization feels like the team and the budget are to small to make that happen unless revenue growth picks up
It seems that @duckdegen got outvoted on 292 which is fair.
But it's not a good look at all that there is radio silence from the main contributers about his feedback on the LP and the associated devaluation of the gear token. This was already mentioned several times before, so would have been great to having the decision to add further LP incentives justified/explained by the team (also the amount to be spent).
Kindly ask the team to level up communication to the community. BTW, there was also poor response to the, imo valid, feedback on the frontend app provided by @duckdegen as well as @w00tcake (earlier in September).
