Bro, the issue is now fixed, the black screen was due to the buggy linux-firmware-amdgpu package, just updated it to the newest version in chroot, and now display works.

Learned a new thing today. Flatpak files can be downloaded. Example, check flatpak of rustdesk software. flatpak install /path/to/software.flatpak
