... But not on ham bands, unless the AES keys are extremely well known and your local laws allow. (Canada has a fairly well understood process to publish keys, and there's about a dozen listed, for various different protocols, last I looked)

You're asking in a ham radio group. AES would be illegal under most licenses, and extremely awkward in the remaining places. Wrong group? Or are you asking about use of one of the pre-published Canadian keys? 🤔

2 x Motorola DP4601e radios. Sold as spares as although both work the display is only lighting up all white on both radios. They are programmed on 1 channel back to back so both working together on the 1 channel. No password on codeplug so can read and write to them easy enough £100 for both plus posting from the uk. May or may not be easy enough to repair display.
