More irresponsible fear mongering from the media. Doocy asks if “the plague in Russia is a bioweapon”, and Trump says “we don’t think so”, and that the Russians are confident the situation is under control. There is still exactly zero evidence or confirmation of a single case of “pneumonic plague”, yet we have irresponsible reporters continuing to use the term “Russian plague”, despite there being no plague. An institute lab worker died of pneumonia, local Russian authorities took precautions and quarantined/tested up to 200 contacts, to none of them tested positive for any dangerous pathogens, Russian officials reported that there is no epidemic risk, and they are winding down their response to the potential threat. As of right now, there is no “plague”. There is exactly zero evidence of there ever being a single case of “plague”. Whether or not you believe what the Russians are saying is one thing, but there is still ZERO confirmation of plague, from any other nation or independent watchdog, and all official reports indicate the situation is under control and winding down. Yet for some reason, the MSM, to include Fox News, continue to eagerly push this “plague” hysteria, and that’s the part that scares me. It’s like the MSM want this to become a thing. There doesn’t even have to be a real threat to the public for the media to launch another fear campaign, attempt to shut down the world again, attempt to implement mass mail-in ballots again, and steal more elections. They only need the perception of one.

Democrats lack enthusiasm. Gee, I wonder why? They promote trans grooming for kids, chemical castration for kids and mutilating surgeries for kids. They promote men in women’s sports. They voted AGAINST every tax cut. They want to raise taxes. They have stolen trillions in government fraud and used some of it to fund their campaigns. They support Iran instead of our troops. They complain about gas prices, while democrat states shut down refineries and raise taxes on gas. And EVERYTHING they do, is to support illegals instead of citizens. They opened the border for an invasion of illegals. They take the American people’s taxes and give free benefits to illegals: healthcare, rent, mortgages, scholarships, food, welfare and it drives the cost up on all of these things, while the democrats complain about affordability. The affordability problem that they caused. The democrats have nominated Muslim Brotherhood terrorist supporters. They’ve nominated radical socialists and communists. Terror prohibition requires: (1) act/threat of violence + (2) primary purpose = spread terror among civilians. If the object is the ENEMY (deterrence, surveillance, protective presence), civilian fear is incidental → NOT prohibited. Legal basis: Common Art. 3, AP II Art. 13(1), precautionary measures. The 2023 update of the Law of War Manual was a significant legal shift: it reversed the 2015 Manual's position that "no legal presumption of civilian status exists" under customary IHL, and instead adopted the presumption as a binding rule of law. "The displacement of the civilian population shall not be ordered for reasons related to the conflict unless the security of the civilians involved or imperative military reasons so demand.127 Should such displacements have to be carried out, all possible measures shall be taken in order that the civilian population may be received under satisfactory conditions of shelter, hygiene, health, safety, and nutrition."
