Agree with you Sarn… we have been discussing what a North Star can be for Telos and deflation has been brought up.
I agree but cutting is not how we get there… we’re already quite lean.
I believe that increasing adoption is how we get there, giving users something they want to use, on a network that can offer incredible UX with high thruput and low latency block times.
If I understand everything correctly, TF treasury tokens were sold to incubate Gigalabs thereby "blurring" the price of TLOS for holders with the calculation that this will become part of the ecosystem .. . But with the current proposal for DAO migration on L2 creating a new token, the question is what remains of Telos? Also TLOS tokens steak to get in 2027 or in some year GIGA token ...
Everything is very "dull" and does not inspire confidence
If johns proposal fails, and everything stays put with some improvements in governance and leadership structure what happens with telosx? From msgs way above, John said he's put 750k of his own money into building it. Who's is it? Is it owned by telos or has John got the option to take it with him.
This might sound like a stupid question but it's hard to know who owns stakes in each thing anymore.....
J M J M Isn't this the problem though? We call things hypotheticals now only for later something to happen and the things you thought were all part of telos in fact aren't. As a token holder, I was under the presumption that all of these facets of telos were part of telos. Not subject to individuals or side hustles. If the question could John just take telosx with him can't be answered with a straight up no. That's worrying.

Makes no sense - you announced the roadmap, you announced giga/dao. - it has been made clear there’s been internal conflicts for months, there is no way that is a good thing. I’m reading things about potential lawsuits. I jumped the ship sorry, I’d rather just hold ETH which is up 70% in the past few weeks.
