Factory reset my Box R 4K plus today.
I had hopes that this would fix the disappearing and reappearing Live TV app and prevent the vertical squishing of YouTube shorts videos.
Unfortunately not. Exact same issue.
Seems this strange bug is indeed in the 8963 build where one app has a negative affect on the other and is only temporarily fixed by power cycling. Then once one of those apps is used it breaks the other.
Crazy.
