Hi there, Today all of a sudden my remote is not able to control the volume of my TV. It has been working smooth always. Tried changing batteries, re-pairing, rebooted and settings also looked okay. Can anybody help? Thanks! Nokia 8010 fw 8963 some bugs: 1. mute doesn't work when using smart rcu to control volume of my tv 2. projectivy launcher accessibility still off, slider is reverting off

Slavomir 1. Is reported as bug for the 8010 remote, as the cloning option also doesn't work. Firmware development doesn't seem to use the 8010 remote for testing, I do. They don't focus on Nokia 8010 usage and we don't report bugs specifically for other devices, only Homatics ones. The Alpha group is for Homatics, not for other brands. The Nokia 8010 remote is an exception on bug reporting as it should be 100% compatible with the firmware for the Homatics R Plus. 2. when Projectivy is installed from the Play Store, accessibility should work, it does for me, but I don't use accessibility. Projectivy users should disable the original launcher and with that, accessibility isn't needed anymore.

A third way is to install it using universal manager, will get accessibility But as p750mmx wrote, it isn't needed

Factory reset my Box R 4K plus today. I had hopes that this would fix the disappearing and reappearing Live TV app and prevent the vertical squishing of YouTube shorts videos. Unfortunately not. Exact same issue. Seems this strange bug is indeed in the 8963 build where one app has a negative affect on the other and is only temporarily fixed by power cycling. Then once one of those apps is used it breaks the other. Crazy.

Slayerxxx you wrote in a previous reaction that TizenTube also squished those vertical videos for you. I can't replicate the issue at all, not sure why it keeps happening for you. About the Live-TV app, that is @Bal0o pakkie an, I don't use the tuner.

I know, it's really strange. The only other difference I can think of that I have in my setup to both of you is USB C audio out (line out) to an external speaker. But then, I don't know why that would interfere with a video codec issue. I'm hoping that it's a bug that'll be fixed in a future update. Other than that I'll have to downgrade to the previous ATV 14 version. It's all fun and games...

Backside usb-c is meant and made for tuners, nothing else the one underneath the box is meant and made for Minibar connection, nothing else stop hacking the usb-c port and use usb-a instead this should fix your tuner issue, at least, and maybe the other issue too, since nobody experiences it neither 🤷‍♀️

the only r4k+ box giving me the live tv disappearing issue, is the Home-Click and this happens with all fw after 4576, last clean one, just fyi so, if 7475 still gives it for you too, you'll know which fw to burn next

Sorry if this is a basic question. Should I update to firmware 8693? Firmware 7475 is working well for me, but I occasionally experience passthrough or CEC earc soundbar samsung problems. H.Box4k+
