Backside usb-c is meant and made for tuners, nothing else
the one underneath the box is meant and made for Minibar connection, nothing else
stop hacking the usb-c port and use usb-a instead this should fix your tuner issue, at least, and maybe the other issue too, since nobody experiences it neither 🤷♀️
