You should do DPM (Diploma in psychiatric medicine) from there after that you can do M D psychiatry. Being a psychiatrist is always better than being just a psychologist if it comes to earning good amount of money.

But still if you're not into general practice then you can opt counselling psychology. Because you're already a Doctor so it's better to opt counselling psychology and then you can do some extra courses like Hypnotherapy (UK one was good but we have some in India also) and some therapies

I don't know if IGNOU is still taking admission in this course
