Try doing again from start..flash back stock firmware then unlock

    I never selected 'upgrade', but always 'download' to flash the stock rom. Always success with no issue

      Ya..choose upgrade if u had mess up with the system partition etc...

Even u had flash wrong model firmware choose upgrade and flash back correct one it will recover back.

    recovery for IP60MP. Download: https://t.me/IP60MP/7435 Requirements: Unlock bootloader, see group notes. To Install : 1. Reboot tablet in bootloader mode: adb reboot bootloader 2. in your pc open cmd, change directory to where you saved TWRP file, then flash TWRP to vendor_boot: fastboot flash vendor_boot 60MP-TWRP-v3.img 3. Reboot to recovery to use TWRP: fastboot reboot recovery
